A. On the first charge, 2-3 hours is recommended until the indicator turns white.
Q. Why the portable blender won’t start working?
A. Firstly, make sure your blender is electrified and the indicator light doesn't turn red. Secondly, check the lid is screwed on. Because the blender has LID-OFF protection, it will not start without the lid fastened.
Q. Why does my blender work poorly when it's fully charged?
A. There are two possible reasons:
1. Cutting food too big or too sticky triggers the blender's overload protection.
2. Improper feeding sequence. When feeding a blender, start with fresh food and then powder/nuts. Next add liquid and finish with frozen items or ice cubes.
